Deer Meadows, our elderly housing complex, offers 30 rental apartments for the elderly (ages 55+). Tenants must meet current income guidelines and be able to live independently. Deer Meadows is a complete smoke-free property. Rents and income limits can be found by contacting the office.

  • Two bedrooms Living/dining area
  • A spacious kitchen including an oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher
  • Barrier-free bathroom with bathtub/shower
  • Lots of closet space for storage
  • Utility closet with washer/dryer hookups
  • Central air conditioning
  • Rents include all utilities.

  • On-site laundry facilities
  • Laundry hook-ups in units
  • Weekly trash removal (no charge)
  • Two large community rooms that are available for tenant use at no charge
